1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dupange ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Dupange is a collaborative project management platform that enables teams to organize, track, and manage their work efficiently. The Platform provides tools for board creation, task management, team collaboration, and project tracking.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

5. Board and Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share on the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant Dupange a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services to you and your collaborators.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Platform require paid subscriptions. You agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all fees when due
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Acknowledge that we may change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Dupange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
